Wendy Barns
Director of Asset Management
Wendy Barns serves as Director of Asset Management at Dominion Realty Partners. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience across national, institutional, and private firms.
Prior to joining Dominion Realty Partners, Wendy held roles with Highwoods Properties, The RMR Group, and Capital Square. Her expertise spans investment and asset management, property management, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions across a variety of asset classes and U.S. markets.
Wendy earned both her undergraduate and MBA degrees from Virginia Tech. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and real estate broker licenses in Virginia and North Carolina. She has served as President of the Central Virginia IREM chapter, Regional Vice President for IREM Region 3, and is a member of the VCU Kornblau Real Estate Circle of Excellence
