Dominion Realty Partners Acquisitions Division offers the unique ability to be flexible when it comes to investing in real estate. Unlike many larger institutional funds, DRP is not constrained by certain requirements when it comes to transaction size, holding period, asset class, etc… We offer the ability to utilize various financial and legal structures to cater to both individual investors and private capital sources.

Management/Leasing
In order to realize the maximum asset value for both third-party owners and the Dominion portfolio, the management team provides experienced property management, leasing and sales services for its assets. The professionalism and efficiency gained through decades of experience have cultivated numerous owner and tenant relationships. Such experience also includes professional and competent accounting, finance and treasury services and practices tailored to each owners’ requirements.

DRP has completed 32 green certified projects, including six Gold LEED and one LEED Platinum, and numerous Green Globe and NAHB certifications in the last 14 years.
