Stacy Stutz

Stacy is the Leasing Specialist at the historic Residences at the John Marshall in Richmond, VA. She joined DRP in 2024 and brings four years of experience in property management, having begun her career in Chesterfield County with a boutique firm that specializes in single-family homes.

Originally from Charlotte, NC, Stacy moved to Chester, VA with her family as a child and has also lived in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Charlotte again before ultimately returning home to Chester.

 In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family, exploring local events, playing cards, and relaxing with loved ones.
