Sherry Collins

Sherry is Vice President of Operations and responsible for overall property operations for
DRP’s Charlotte and Raleigh markets with a focus on asset profitability for each client. Her portfolio consists of over 1.1M SF of commercial office space as well as overseeing the multifamily communities in those markets with an annual operating income of over 26 million. Sherry joined the Dominion Realty Partners team as a Property Manager in September 2012. She began her career in property management in 1985 and possesses more than 30 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She has worked with mixed use and conventional housing in development, lease-ups, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Sherry’s professional involvement include the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, Triangle Apartment Association and Downtown Raleigh Alliance. In her spare time Sherry enjoys spending time with her two adult children and their families. She is an avid scuba diver and earned her Divemaster and Cavern Diver certifications in 2014 and enjoys diving any tropical reef and the Florida Springs Cave System.
