Ryan Mulligan

Ryan is a Financial Analyst with DRP and is responsible for underwriting, due diligence coordination, and supporting capital raising efforts.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Denison University as well as an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler. While at Kenan-Flagler, Ryan was a Manager of the KFBSF Real Estate Funds.

Upon graduating Denison, Ryan moved to New York City where he worked for a Commercial Real Estate advisory firm, Situs. While at Situs, he was a member of their Business Development team and Financial Institutions Group, working on M&A diligence. Prior to joining Dominion, he was a Commercial Portfolio Manager based in the Raleigh office of United Bank. He focused primarily on origination underwriting for new construction deals located in the Triangle.

Ryan is actively involved in the local community and is currently a member of the ULI Young Leaders Steering Committee for the Triangle region.
