Kathy S. Adams, CCIM, CAPS, RPA

As one of the founding Principal/Partners, Kathy has retired from the day-to-day duties of operations but continues to work on the human resource side of the business. Her primary duties prior to this was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and its divisions, which includes accounting, human
resource, property management, leasing and marketing, of the Property Managers and leasing agents and their respective properties for the Mid-Atlantic. These properties include commercial “Class A” office buildings, apartments, apartment/condo conversions, HOA and senior living.

Prior to Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Kathy was with Daniel Corporation for eight years and served in various capacities: Vice President Operations and Leasing as well as Vice President, Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic region. Kathy has over. twenty-eight (39) years of experience in the leasing, management, and sale of
commercial real estate. She has held several positions with The Linpro Company and The Rouse Company.

Kathy received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from East Carolina University with concentration in marketing and management. She currently holds and is involved in the following professional and civic associations in local and/or national chapters:
