Joseph Murray, Sr.

As Vice President of Construction, Joe is responsible for assisting with planning and overseeing the construction and development of office and multifamily projects for DRP. These developments include commercial Class A office, apartments, mixed use, apartment/condominium conversions and HOAs. Joe also serves as a resource for our operations and maintenance teams.

Prior to Dominion Realty Partners LLC, Joe was with Daniel Corporation for 6 years and served as the Chief Engineer for the Raleigh division. He has over 20 years of experience in property maintenance and construction management.

Joe completed extensive vocational training while in the Marine Corps. This training included diesel mechanics, electrical systems diagnosis, hydraulic engineering, Hazmat (first responder), and vehicle recovery. After leaving the Marines, he has continued his education through manufacturer training courses and seminars. Joe currently holds the Certified Construction Manager designation through CMAA.

Joe and his wife Christy live in Raleigh with their four children.
