Joe Murray is the Senior Vice President of Development at Dominion Realty Partners (DRP), where he leads projects through the full lifecycle—from initial conceptual plan to construction management, operational oversight, and ultimately the sale or transition of the asset. He oversees Class A office, mixed‑use, and multifamily developments while supporting DRP’s property management and maintenance teams.
With more than 24 years of experience in property maintenance and construction management, he holds the Certified Construction Manager Designation from CMAA and maintains an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License.
During his 24 years with DRP, he has overseen a variety of prominent projects, including several that achieved LEED and Green Globes and NAHB certifications.
Joe lives in Raleigh with his wife Christy and their four children.
