Jason C. Hall

Jason joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2022 and is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer. He has responsibility over financial planning, cash flow modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and deal structuring. Jason is also responsible for company tax compliance and planning with a focus of maximizing tax benefits for investors. Jason works with finance and banking partners to assist with the funding of development projects and growth of the company.

Jason received a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management. Upon graduation, he worked in big four public accounting for eight years and continued in public accounting for another 12 years. Jason has focused on the real estate industry throughout his career, beginning in San Francisco before moving to the Raleigh/Durham area with his family over 10 years ago. Before working at Dominion, Jason most recently served for five years as a partner in a top-25 public accounting firm in their real estate and construction industry group.
