Greg Maziarz

Greg joined Dominion Realty Partners in July 2024 and is currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, Greg’s responsibilities include liaising between clients, lenders, development/construction teams, the brokerage community and the property management teams to maximize return on investment for our commercial mixed-use and multifamily communities in Virginia and North Carolina.  

Prior to joining Dominion, Greg was Director of Asset Services with Cushman & Wakefield based in Washington, DC & Northern Virginia from 2022. From 2006 – 2021, he served in many capacities with The RMR Group, from Staff Accountant to Portfolio Manager before leaving in 2021.  During his tenure he has successfully managed over 9 million square feet in property in multiple asset classes including commercial, industrial, retail and multifamily.

Greg received a Bachelors in Science degree from Bentley University in Waltham, MA where he majored in Accounting. Upon graduation, Greg lived and worked in Boston, MA before moving to the Mid-Atlantic Region.  He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
