Gary LeClair Jr.

Gary LeClair is a Vice President of Development at Dominion Realty Partners.  In this role, Gary is responsible for sourcing and executing development opportunities throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Prior to joining Dominion Realty Partners, Gary held development roles at Oxford Properties and RangeWater Real Estate, overseeing the successful development of more than 1,800 multifamily units across the Charlotte and Atlanta markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in Public Finance at Davenport & Company, contributing to more than 60 municipal bond issuances totaling over $1.8B in value.

Gary holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the Virginia Military Institute, where he competed in Division I baseball. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife and son, and enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
