Erica Massey

Erica Massey is the Property Manager at Crabtree Lakeside in Raleigh, NC. Erica has over 15 years of property management experience. Her background includes working in the hospitality industry for a number of years prior. She joined Dominion Realty Partners in August of 2025. In 2023 Erica was named Luxury Property Manager of the Year in Huntsville, AL.
Outside of work, Erica enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her daughter who is also in property management, as well as her two grand dogs Levi & Ralph.
