Diane Shortridge

Diane joined Dominion Realty Partners in March 2021 as the Property Manager for a new lease up community in Holly Springs. Before joining DRP Diane held various capacities with other companies: Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Traveling Manager. In her role as a RM, Diane supervised several communities throughout North Carolina and over her career has delivered successful results in improving occupancy, financial operations, resident satisfaction, marketing, and developed maintenance efficiencies. With the assistance of her teams, Diane was able to earn the following achievements: Employee of the Year, Achievement Award of Quality and Budgetary Goals, and Apartment Ratings Award Winning Community. Upon relocating to North Carolina, she earned the designations of ARM®, CAM and CAPS. She also holds a South Carolina Property Managers License.
