Charles has worked as a Maintenance Technician for five years, driven by his passion for helping others and the satisfaction of a job well done. Charles takes pride in completing every task efficiently and with attention to detail, always aiming to keep things running smoothly. His long-term goal is to gain the experience and knowledge needed to move into a supervisory role. 

Outside of work, Charles enjoys spending time with his daughters and finding ways to make the best out of any situation.
