Chad is the Regional Property Manager at Dominion Realty Partners, overseeing properties in North Carolina and Virginia. In this role, he manages leasing trends, tenant relations, occupancy strategies, and operational efficiency to maximize returns for clients and investors. Chad joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2025, bringing extensive expertise in real estate management.
He is involved in community service, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity International, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time in the Raleigh area, supporting local initiatives, and exploring the region’s growing real estate landscape.
