Chad Broadwell

Chad Broadwell is a Regional Director at Dominion Realty Partners, responsible for operating performance across a portfolio of commercial and residential assets and development projects in the Carolinas and Virginia. He serves as the primary point of accountability for asset execution, with a focus on driving NOI, improving occupancy and rent performance, and maintaining operational discipline across both stabilized and in‑progress properties.

In this role, Chad works closely with development partners, third‑party property managers, lenders, and capital partners to translate strategy into results. His responsibilities include leasing and pricing strategy, budgeting and forecasting, lender coordination, capital planning, and investor reporting. He is actively involved in commercial and multifamily development projects as they move through construction, lease‑up, stabilization, and operational transition, helping ensure continuity between development assumptions and long‑term operations.

Chad joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2025 and brings hands‑on experience across portfolio operations, asset management, and capital execution. He is known for stepping into complex situations, identifying performance gaps, and implementing clear operating plans that align stakeholders and drive execution at the property level.

Outside of work, Chad is active in the community and has volunteered with organizations including Habitat for Humanity International, the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. He is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
