Caitlin Evans

Caitlin joined Dominion Realty Partners in 2025, responsible for managing a mix of commercial and residential properties.  Caitlin embarked on her property management journey in 2019. After relocating to Augusta County, Caitlin began as an Assistant Property Manager for a community in Staunton, VA. Her dedication and skills quickly earned her a promotion to Property Manager, and she later assumed the roles of Construction Manager and Sales Manager. 

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys camping, horseback riding, riding motorcycles, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
