Brian Egan

Brian Egan joined DRP as Senior Property Manager in 2016. Brian’s responsibilities include property management oversight of over 1.6M SF of DRP’s commercial office portfolio in Virginia, High Point, NC, Columbia and Greenville, SC.

Prior to joining DRP, Brian was Director of Real Estate for Healthcare Realty (HR). At HR Brian oversaw leasing and management for approximately 2 million square feet of medical office properties in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois.

Before his tenure with HR, Brian worked for Aon Corporation as Director of Real Estate – Midwest. At Aon Brian was responsible for leasing and management of Aon’s 3 million square foot portfolio across several Midwest states.

Brian has extensive experience in commercial property management, leasing, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions. He is consistently successful at maximizing asset value through significant gains in income, occupancy, expense reduction and tenant satisfaction & retention.

Brian holds a bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University and he has completed post-graduate work in real estate finance and law at Northwestern University and The John Marshall Law School.

Brian’s professional and civic involvement include BOMA, the Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate, Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Richmond, Salem Church and Hope Church. Brian lives just outside Richmond with his wife Hope and son Daniel.
