Ada began her career in property management as a leasing professional and spent four years as an Assistant Manager before advancing to Property Manager, a role she has held for the past 7 years. Over her 13-year career, she has gained hands-on experience in every aspect of residential property operations, including financial management, lease administration, staff leadership, resident relations, marketing, and property maintenance.

Passionate about creating welcoming and well-managed communities, Ada combines a strong customer service mindset with a commitment to compliance and safety. She excels at mentoring her team, resolving resident concerns, and implementing efficient operational practices, ensuring both residents and property owners receive the highest level of care and attention.

Outside of work, Ada enjoys attending live band concerts, has a favorite instrument, acoustic guitar and travels with her children to experience different foodie cultures, sharing their curiosity and love of new experiences.
