Michaela Alexander

Michaela Alexander is the Property Manager at Boulders Lakeview in Chesterfield, VA. Michaela brings 10 Years of property management experience to this position. She joined Dominion Realty Group in February 2023. In 2011, Michaela received her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing at Virginia State University. There she took an internship in property management beginning her career.

Prior to joining DRP, Michaela has contributed to the outcome of successful lease ups, improving occupancy at a two phase property, and thriving at resident relations. Throughout Michaela’s career she has obtained her ARM and NALP designation.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 boys, and chocolate Labrador Retriever. When they are not at a basketball or football game, they enjoy traveling and making new experiences together as a family.
