Serves as a dedicated Maintenance helper at Dominion Realty Partners, contributing to the effective maintenance and upkeep of residential and commercial apartment buildings. In this role, Oscar assists Maintenance Technicians with work orders, performs general repairs, and supports various maintenance needs throughout the properties. 

Although new to the field of residential and commercial maintenance, his background in construction and home remodeling equips him with the knowledge to effectively perform tasks, making him a valuable member of the DRP maintenance team.
