With over 15 years of experience in property management, I have built a successful career specializing in large-scale multifamily operations, asset preservation, and renovation management. Throughout my career, I have overseen extensive renovation and capital improvement projects while managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, with a focus on maximizing asset performance, enhancing resident satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

My expertise includes project management, team leadership, budgeting, vendor relations, leasing strategy, and executing renovation initiatives that increase property value and strengthen community appeal.

In addition to my property management experience, I hold an active Real Estate License in the Commonwealth of Virginia and have been recognized for my achievements in real estate transactions, receiving the Richmond Association of Realtors Ruby Award and being named a Top 10 Agent in 2019.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with my family.
