With over 25 years of administrative experience, Tara has built a strong foundation in organization, problem-solving, and client service. She previously served as an Executive Assistant at a real estate development firm in Raleigh, where she supported senior leadership and helped manage daily operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
In addition to her work in real estate, she was closely involved in running the family-owned general contracting business. This hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of project coordination, vendor relations, and the importance of clear communication across all levels of a team.
Whether supporting executives or managing behind-the-scenes details, she takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, solving problems quickly, and building strong relationships along the way.
When Tara is not at work, she’s usually off on some kind of adventure with her grandchildren —chasing butterflies, building epic pillow forts, or turning a simple walk into a scavenger hunt.
