Wade Woodworth

Wade joined Dominion in 2021 and is currently a Vice President in the company focused on sourcing investment opportunities and the acquisition of new development properties in the Charlotte area. In addition, Wade is responsible for researching market potential, managing and establishing relationships in the region, and ensuring execution throughout the development deal lifecycle.

Wade received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business where he majored in Finance.

Prior to joining Dominion, Wade was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Credit group at Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C., where he was responsible for underwriting and portfolio management activities associated with the Investment bank.

Wade is actively involved in the local community and participates in several associations.
