Construction Manager
Alex joined DRP in 2021 from Choate Construction & Balfour Beatty where he was previously a project manager overseeing commercial construction projects. Alex is a Construction Manager with DRP and is responsible for implementing the preconstruction, construction, commissioning and project closeout phases of a development project with an emphasis on establishing and maintaining project controls and completing projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Construction Management from Appalachian State University. He also holds an unlimited commercial building license through the state of North Carolina board of General Contractors. He has managed numerous projects over his 11 plus year career including the Howard Levine Childhood Development Center, Multiple phases of work and closeouts of the 300 South Tryon office tower in uptown Charlotte, and numerous multi-use, and public works projects in the Carolinas and in Tennessee.
