Colleen has been in the real estate world for over 30 years, beginning her career as a residential Realtor® in Rhode Island. Her passion for the industry led her to work with a commercial real estate appraisal company and a residential property management firm, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the business. Before joining Dominion Realty Partners, Colleen served as Director of Operations for a real estate development and investment firm in Raleigh, overseeing the daily operations, assisting with the budgets and project costs as well as with client communication and support.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys camping trips with her husband, spending time with her family—especially her grandchildren—and even squeezing in some video game time.
